Consolidated Water Co. Ltd. (NASDAQ:CWCO) has increased its dividend by a similar margin before, raising payouts by 15.8% and 12% over the past two years.

These dividend hikes are backed by the company’s strong cash position. In the latest quarter, cash and cash equivalents rose to $108 million, up from $99.3 million a year earlier.

Consolidated Water Co. Ltd. (NASDAQ:CWCO) builds and runs water infrastructure such as seawater desalination plants and distribution systems, offering related services in the Caribbean and the US.

CWCO has a dividend yield of 1.62%, as of June 2, and it will trade ex-dividend on July 1. The stock has surged by over 5% since the start of 2025.
