Cramer’s previous comments about Conagra Brands, Inc. (NYSE:CAG)  have commented on the firm’s ability to potentially benefit from GLP-1 drugs despite being a food company and high yields. This time around, he revealed that Conagra Brands, Inc. (NYSE:CAG) was removing synthetic dyes from its products:
