Colliers Completes Acquisition of Triovest

On Thursday, Colliers International Group Inc. (NASDAQ:CIGI) announced the completion of its previously announced acquisition of Triovest Inc. This acquisition solidifies Colliers’ position as Canada’s largest commercial real estate services firm. It was announced earlier this year in mid-April.

Following the acquisition, Colliers now employs over 3,000 professionals across Canada. The company’s managed portfolio has expanded to include more than 95 million square feet of commercial real estate, and it now oversees projects under development valued at more than $15 billion.

The company boasts nearly $5.0 billion in annual revenues, a team of 23,000 professionals globally, and more than $100 billion in assets under management. For 30 years, Colliers has consistently delivered ~20% compound annual returns for shareholders, driven by its leadership, significant inside ownership, and substantial recurring earnings.
