The Kendall DL Multi System is engineered to travel with patients from admission to discharge. It facilitates the smooth transport and improves clinician workflows. It incorporates clinically proven technology to reduce false ‘leads off’ alarms and motion-related artifacts in electrocardiogram/ECG tracings. This leads to cleaner readings and enables more effective care prioritization.

As a single-patient use product, it also helps minimize cross-contamination associated with reusable lead wires, which potentially lowers infection rates, reduces additional hospital days, and decreases readmissions. Rachel Schott, global vice president for specialty products at Cardinal Health, stated that this addition to the Kendall DL portfolio removes complexity for care teams, enhances clinical performance, and streamlines clinician steps.

Cardinal Health Inc. (NYSE:CAH) is a healthcare services and products company in the US, Canada, Europe, Asia, and internationally. It also manufactures, prepares, delivers, and distributes radiopharmaceuticals and related treatments.
