The fund benefited from a constructive global backdrop marked by easing inflation, resilient earnings, and improving conditions across Europe and Japan, though it trailed benchmarks during the quarter. During the quarter, the fund expanded its portfolio with multiple new positions across global banks, technology, industrial, and consumer companies, while exiting several holdings on valuation grounds. Looking ahead, management sees increasing opportunities in international equities driven by improving fundamentals, policy support, and broader market leadership beyond U.S. mega-cap stocks, and remains focused on undervalued, high-quality businesses with strong balance sheets and long-term growth potential.
