Alexander Mitchell’s Scopus Asset Management Increased Its Stake in $VTNC

Alexander Mitchell’s Scopus Asset Management increased its position in Vitran Corp Inc. (VTNC) to 932,594 shares, or 5.7% passive stake ownership, according to its 13G filing on October 28th. As reported in the second quarter, Scopus Asset Management previously had 245,878 shares in its position. VTNC has a poor path in the third quarter and has dropped by more than 60% year to date. Now the stock is bottoming up from its 2-year low, and is trading at $5.08.
