Another Nordic country to make it to the list is Norway. Most of the country is characterized by a subarctic climate with the mountainous region having a Polar Tundra climate. The country remains somewhat cold year-round with July registering an average temperature of only 65°F and January is the coldest month, with an average temperature of 26.6°F.
