The company has increased its dividend for 11 straight years. Last month, the company posted strong third quarter results. Its adjusted FFO per share came in at $2.13 per share, compared to the consensus estimate of $2.11. The company’s third-quarter results were helped by an increase in leasing activity and a hike in rents. Rental rate increases in the period jumped about 27.1% in the third quarter.
