LLC, Citigroup, and Morgan Stanley are serving as joint lead book-running managers for the proposed offering.

​That said, on April 27, Piper Sandler raised the price target on Blackstone from $122 to $130, while maintaining a Neutral rating on the shares. The updated price target follows the company’s fiscal Q1 2026 earnings, released on April 23. During the quarter, Blackstone Inc.
