On February 25, 2026, QXO, Inc. (NYSE:QXO) reported Q4 adjusted EPS of 2c, in line with consensus, and revenue of $2.19B, also matching consensus. Chairman and CEO Brad Jacobs said, “Our fourth quarter results were in line with the pre-announcement we made last month,” adding that the company is executing its integration plan across the legacy Beacon business while investing in technology and sales capacity.
