Goldblatt (Kenneth), both United States citizens. SST is a registered investment adviser. Seymour is the President of SST and owns a majority of the interests in SST. An agreement among SST, Seymour and Kenneth in writing to file this statement on behalf of each of them is attached as Exhibit A hereto. This statement relates to shares held for the accounts of a private investment fund for which SST acts as investment adviser.
