13D Filing: Tall Cotton Partners Sells Off Smith Midland Corp (SMID) Position

Tall Cotton Partners has just filed a Form 13D with the SEC, updating the regulatory body on the latest developments when it comes to the investment firm’s position in Smith-Midland Corporation (OTCMKTS:SMID).
