No. 3 to Schedule 13D (“Amendment No. 3”) is being filed with respect to the shares of Common Stock, $0.0001 par value (the “Common Stock”) of Silver Dragon Resources Inc., a Delaware corporation (the
“Issuer”). This Amendment No. 3 amends and supplements the Schedule 13D previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on April 12, 2013 (the “Schedule 13D”) as amended by Amendment
No 1 filed with the SEC on April 17, 2013 (“Amendment No. 1”) and Amendment No. 2 filed with the SEC on October 27, 2015 (“Amendment No. 2”). Each Item below amends and supplements the information
disclosed under the corresponding Item of the Schedule 13D, as amended. Unless otherwise indicated herein, capitalized terms used but not defined in this Amendment No. 3 shall have the same meaning herein as are ascribed to such terms in the
