He highlighted Back-Up Care as a standout, generating more than $725 million in revenue in 2025, and said the company remains focused in 2026 on enhancing services and investing in people and technology to drive growth, margin progress, and care quality. Bright Horizons Family Solutions Inc. (NYSE:BFAM) guided fiscal 2026 revenue to a range of $3.075 billion to $3.125 billion, compared with consensus estimates of $3.12 billion.

On January 21, 2026, UBS analyst Joshua Chan lowered the firm’s price target on Bright Horizons Family Solutions Inc. (NYSE:BFAM) to $107 from $120 previously and kept a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm updated its model ahead of the Q4 earnings report.
