Brahman Capital was founded by Mitch Kuflik, Rob Sobel, and Peter Adam Hochfelder in 1989. Mitch Kuflik is an economist with a degree from Harvard University. Rob Sobel received a B.A. in international relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
