Warren Buffett just made $200 Million this morning. ConocoPhillips (COP) announced that it will spin off its refining and marketing divisions in early 2012. The stock jumped $6.50 or nearly 9% after the announcement. Warren Buffett’s Berkshire had more than 29 Million shares of COP at the end of March.
