Tesla Motors Inc (TSLA)’s Board Joined by Robyn Denholm

Tesla Motors Inc (NASDAQ:TSLA) announced in a press release today that, Robyn Denholm, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Operations Officer at Juniper Networks, Inc. (NYSE:JNPR), has been appointed to its board of directors, effective August 11, 2014.

Denholm would be also taking over Brad Buss’ position as a member of Tesla Motors Inc (NASDAQ:TSLA)’s Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance committees and would also chair the company’s Audit Committee.

Denholm has helped Juniper Networks, Inc. (NYSE:JNPR) to achieve record revenues while delivering breakthrough innovations to customers, since she joined the company in 2007. She was recently included on Silicon Valley Business Journal’s Women of Influence List and was also a Bay Area CFO of the Year finalist in 2011.

Tesla Motors Inc (NASDAQ:TSLA)’s new board member has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Sydney and a master’s degree in commerce from the University of New South Wales and began her career, serving in various finance assignments for Toyota Motor Corporation and Arthur Andersen and Company.
