PHH Corp (NYSE:PHH) is a provider of outsourced mortgage banking services to financial institutions and real estate brokers. The stock is taking its time to recover from the selloff at the beginning of the year, as it is still dangling in a sea of red. Share have ended yesterday’s trading session at $14.48 apiece, down by roughly 9% for the year. PHH is set to release its next financial report on August 3 and the consensus among analysts is for a loss of $0.43 per share on $182 million in revenue. The stock is mainly recommended as a “Buy” with an average price target of $17.67 per share, an upside of 22% from yesterday’s closing price.
