For the second quarter ended June 30, 2014, the company reported a net loss of $1.2 million, or $0.02 per share, compared to net loss of $1.8 million, or $0.03 per share, in the same quarter last year. It posted adjusted EBITDA for the second quarter of $5.0 million, or $0.09 per share, compared to $3.4 million, or $0.06 per share, in the same period a year ago. The company’s bookings for the quarter were $10.8 million, up from $7.1 million in the second quarter of 2013, according to a press release.
