As of late, when it comes to customer service, there is no stopping Research In Motion Ltd (NASDAQ:BBRY) BlackBerry. The company is well aware it is fighting an uphill battle in an attempt to chase down the top players in the smartphone industry. Rather than give up on consumers and let them figure things out on their own, the company is taking the next step and doing its best to provide a high level of customer service.

Late yesterday, Research In Motion Ltd (NASDAQ:BBRY) BlackBerry once again turned to its blog as a means of sharing information, advice, and resources with users.

It appears that Research In Motion Ltd (NASDAQ:BBRY) BlackBerry is putting so much time and effort into customer service because they are being asked by a lot of people to provide information on how to use their device.
