Nokia Corporation (ADR) (NOK), Apple Inc. (AAPL): Say Farewell To These Cellphone Developers?

Samsung is also far ahead in the cellphone race. The South Korean company designs cellular phones, tablets, telephones, televisions, and much more. Its Galaxy phones have proven a tough nut to crack. What’s more is that I believe that Samsung will crush Nokia, Research in Motion, and Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) in the interim.

Samsung has announced the development of a new OLED technology called “YOUM.” The displays are flexible and bendable, with surfaces much stronger than current technologies. It seems that Samsung is willing to make science-fiction movies a reality. The applications for the YOUM technology will move beyond cellular phones to other devices. As the cost of production for YOUM displays declines, it should find an application in any device. Finally, Samsung is expecting to release its first YOUM-based devices by the fourth quarter of 2013. The market share from the cellular phone division will jump to unthinkable levels, and its revenue will significantly rise. If you could invest in Samsung, I believe your portfolio will grow in the future.

Making the long story short

Nokia and Research in Motion may be near extinction. The companies are rapidly losing market share, and their products are underperforming to the point of failure. Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL)’s last opportunity may be its next device. If it fails to capture customers’ attention, Apple will be trading at much lower levels. Google or Samsung will be the next blockbusters. These companies offer a fundamental change in communications that will become the next standard cellular technology. For these reasons, long positions in Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOG) and Samsung are highly endorsed.
