These people are ready to buy the game console no matter how much it costs or what they have to do to make it happen. Of course, they cannot begin to make plans until the Washington based company provides more information on the release date.

While many were initially expecting Microsoft to hold off until later in the month, reports are now suggesting that the console may hit the market in early November.

One of the reasons why they may be considering this is simple: the new PlayStation 4 from Sony is set to be released in the United States on November 15. If MSFT is able to push its console out a week earlier, it will be first t the market.

It is important to note that Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) has yet to make anything official. However, there are reports from Kotaku, citing sources that work for a  “marketing company that handles signage and product placement for retail giant Walmart” that November 8 could be the big day.

It is hard to say what is true and what is nothing more than a rumor at this point. On one side of things, it is easy to see why Microsoft would want to release Xbox One before the new PlayStation. On the other side of things, if the company was sure this was the right choice, wouldn’t they simply come out and say it?

There are a lot of questions surrounding the release date of the Xbox One. For this reason, we can expect some more rumors over the next couple months. If Sony makes it clear that it will release its console on November 15, we may seem MSFT jump ahead to the eighth.
