Mark Rachesky Further Increases Stake In Titan International Inc (TWI)

According to a recent Form 4 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Rachesky’s fund, MHR Fund Management, has acquired 490,775 shares in 9 transactions at prices varying between $14.11 and $14.99 per unit. Following this move, Rachesky and MHR, have amassed 7.5 million shares of Titan International Inc (NYSE:TWI).

Billionaire Ken Griffin is extremely bullish on this stock, having increased his fund’s holding by 41027% during the first quarter of 2014.
