According to a newly-amended 13G filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Charles Jobson‘s Delta Partners continues to increase its stake in Good Times Restaurants Inc (NASDAQ:GTIM), this time to 888,544 common shares, which amass 7.2% of the company’s outstanding stock. Previously, the fund held 797,015 shares, which represented 6.5% of the company’s stock, as per its previous 13G filing on the company.

Good Times Restaurants is a fast-food company that franchises and runs the Good Time Burgers & Frozen Custard and Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar restaurants. Since the beginning of the year, the company’s stock has lost 27.29%. For the third quarter of its fiscal year 2016, the company reported earnings per share of $0.04 and revenue of $18.07 million, compared to EPS of $0.01 and revenue of $12.94 million for the same quarter of the previous fiscal year.
