Glenhill Advisors Reports Increase In Holding of Gray Television, Inc. (GTN); Dumps Some Lionbridge Technologies, Inc. (LIOX) Shares

Glenhill Advisors, run by Glenn J. Krevlin, had disclosed an increase in its holding of Gray Television, Inc. (NYSE:GTN) stock. According to a recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the fund has added approximately 860,000 shares to its portfolio, taking its stake to more than 2.7 million shares, which account for 5.2% of the total number of shares outstanding.

Mario Gabelli also holds a significant stake in Gray Television, Inc. (NYSE:GTN), with his fund, GAMCO Investors, having reported ownership of more than 1 million shares in its latest 13F filing, down 3% during the first quarter of 2014. During the same period, Cliff Asness has increased his fund’s holding of this stock by 50%, taking it to about 577,000 shares. Edward A. Mule, the manager of Silver Point Capital, is also optimistic about this stock and has boosted his fund’s stake in Gray Television, Inc. (NYSE:GTN) by 39% to 730,000 shares.

In another filing with the SEC, Glenhill Advisors has revealed the disposal of some Lionbridge Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:LIOX) shares, reducing their stake to 6.93 million. As reported in the Form 4 filing, approximately 125,800 shares were disposed of in 5 transactions, at prices varying between $5.9896 and $6.16 apiece.

Lionbridge Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:LIOX) is also present in the portfolio of Jim Simons, who has actually increased his fund’s stake by 53% during the first quarter of this year. As a result, Renaissance Technologies has reported ownership of 809,513 shares in its latest 13F filing. Robert B. Gillam is also keeping an eye on this stock, having slightly decreased his holding during the same period. His fund, Mckinley Capital Management reportedly holds 980,860 shares as of the end of first quarter. Arrowstreet Capital, run by Peter Rathjens, Bruce Clarke and John Campbell, has reported a 128% increase in its holding of Lionbridge Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:LIOX) to approximately 220,350 shares.
