Coliseum Capital Further Trims Stake In Accuride Corporation (ACW)

Christopher Shackelton and Adam Gray have decided to further decrease their holding of Accuride Corporation (NYSE:ACW). Their fund, Coliseum Capital, has sold 115,160 shares in three transactions at prices between $5.17 and $5.2 per unit, as reported in a recent Form 4 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Following this move, Coliseum Capital is left holding 7.59 million shares of Accuride Corporation (NYSE:ACW).

Peter Schliemann also thinks it is time to reduce exposure to Accuride Corporation (NYSE:ACW) and has decreased his fund’s stake by 5% during the first quarter of 2014. As a result, Rutabaga Capital Management has reported ownership of 2.39 million shares in its latest 13F filing. James Dinan is also keeping an eye on this stock with his fund, York Capital Management, reportedly holding 750,000 shares and having made no changes to the position during the first quarter. Chuck Royce is still optimistic about the prospects of Accuride Corporation (NYSE:ACW) and has boosted his fund’s stake by 32% during Q1 to 1.8 million shares.
