Clint Carlson’s Carlson Capital Reported 7.16 Million Shares Ownership In $SRZ

Clint Carlson’s Carlson Capital disclosed on December 21th that it now has 7.16 million shares in Sunrise Senior Living Inc. (SRZ). Carlson Capital also filed for its recent insider trading activities in SRZ. The firm bought 1.69 million shares through December 19 to 21, at the prices between $4.80 and $5.53 per share. Approximately the firm has 12.5% stake in SRZ now. Carlson Capital reported 5.36 million shares in SRZ at the end of the third quarter, so its position is up by nearly 34%. SRZ is currently trading at $6.01, up 2% in 2011.
