Apple Inc. (AAPL)’s China Expansion Results In Opening Of Store In Shenyang City

Buoyed by a 70% growth in earnings from China, Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) continues to aggressively expand its presence in the country with the opening of a new shop in the city of Shenyang, according to New China. The cold weather could not stop more than two hundred people from attending the grand opening where they got a glimpse of the wide array of products on offer.

The opening of the store in Shenyang is in line with Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL)’s plan to expand its reach in the country’s fast growing marketplace. That has in the recent past shown an improved degree of loyalty to its products.

“Sitting in a busy shopping street the store boasts of facilities not to be found in other Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) stores on the Chinese mainland. For example, as the city is no stranger to harsh winter, the store is equipped with a snow melting system on the roof and an electric in floor heating system. But off course the highlights are Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL)’s products,” said New China.

(NASDAQ:AAPL) popularity in the country continues to grow thanks to the growing middle-class people willing to own its high-end devices.

The new store will seek to address customers, not only from China, but across the globe with the employment of staff able to speak a number of languages.

“With an eye on consumers other than Chinese the one hundred plus staffing the store also offer services in five other languages including English Japanese French and Korean. China is the world largest markets for smartphones; Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) said in January that its previous quarterly profits rocketed to $18 on booming global sales of iPhone models, especially in China,” said New China

The opening of the new store is expected to give Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) a good grip of the smartphone market in the country amidst immense pressure in terms of competition from local handset makers led by Xiaomi and Huawei.
