AMD (NYSE: AMD) today announced that its Singapore subsidiary, Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (NYSE:AMD), has entered into a conditional put-and-call option agreement to sell and lease-back its Singapore facility located at 508 Chai Chee Lane, Singapore 469032 to HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) Limited, in its capacity as trustee of Sabana Shari’ah Compliant Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust (Sabana REIT).

Earlier this year gamers could enjoy Deus Ex Human Revolution on a low-cost/low-power notebook and Far Cry 3 on a tablet thanks to AMD Radeon Sky 700 as well as CiiNow Cumulus game streaming technology. At Gamescom 2013, AMD will showcase AMD Radeon Sky graphics powering games streamed by CiiNow, including the latest game titles.

Sabana Reit to buy Chai Chee Lane property for S$68.2m (BusinessTimes)
Sabana Real Estate Management announced on Friday that Sabana Reit plans to buy a property at 508 Chai Chee Lane from Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (NYSE:AMD) for S$68.2 million. The price comprises S$59.5 million for the property; S$7.7 million upfront land premium payable to JTC for the balance of the first term (about 17.5 years) on JTC’s approval and other costs.
