Burlington Increases Its Q2 Guidance

Burlington Stores Inc (NYSE:BURL) stock has increased by 5% to its new 52-week high after the company upped its second quarter guidance. The apparel company now expects its second quarter comparable sales to increase by 4.2%-4.5%, up from the previous estimate of 2.5% -3.5% increase. Burlington Stores sees its net income at $0.28-$0.30, sharply up from the previous guidance of $0.20-$0.23. The company also said that it will reveal its full year guidance in its second quarter results, which are expected to be announced on September 6, according to FactSet. ParkerVision Settles Its Disputes with Samsung

ParkerVision, Inc. (NASDAQ:PRKR)’s stock has spiked 62.61% so far today after the company said it had entered into a settlement and patent license agreement with Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and its affiliates for the license of ParkerVision’s current patent portfolio. According to the terms of the agreement, ParkerVision will file a motion to remove Samsung from a pending U.S. International Trade Commission investigation and dismiss its claims against the Korean tech giant in two cases in the US District Court. Brainstorm Cell Therapeutics Posts Positive Results for ASL Drug

Shares of Brainstorm Cell Therapeutics Inc(NASDAQ:BCLI)  are showing massive volatility today, skyrocketing in premarket trading after the company said its phase 2 study of NurOwn in patients with Amyothrophic Lateral Sclerosis met its objectives.
