Its shares are down by 29% over the past year and by more than 39% since Cramer discussed the firm in his Mad Money appearance on February 5th. Most of the turmoil in Salesforce, Inc. (NYSE:CRM)’s shares has come in 2026 as they are down by 21% year-to-date. As per media reports and remarks by Cramer, most of the turmoil is due to the perceived impact of AI on the software industry. The CNBC TV host’s recent comments about Salesforce, Inc. (NYSE:CRM) have maintained that the firm’s Agentforce AI business continues to perform well. In February, the shares fell by 5% in extended trading after the firm guided that its full-year fiscal 2027 revenue would be between $45.8 billion and $46.2 billion, while analysts had penciled in $46.06 billion.
