- 10,229,602 shares are owned by Worldwide Beverage Imports, LLC ("WBI"). The Reporting Person is the sole member of WBI. As previously disclosed in the Issuer's public filings, WBI purchased an aggregate of 10,229,602 shares in exchange for (i) certain license and distribution rights; (ii) the cancellation and satisfaction of a $300,000 loan owed by the Issuer; and (iii) $1,200,000 in inventory, the sales proceeds of which are to be contributed to the capital of the Issuer.
