This Amendment is being filed for the purposes of (a) correcting the number of shares previously reported as being disposed of and (b) indicating that the filing persons are no longer required to file the reports required by Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 with respect to shares of the Issuer. The original filing incorrectly indicated that each Reporting Person could be deemed a director of the Issuer because one of the Issuer's directors, Mr. James Benson, is a managing director of the general partner of Energy Spectrum Partners IV LP ("ESP IV"), which directly owns the shares of the Issuer reported herein. Mr. Benson is not, however, the beneficial owner of any such shares within the meaning of Rule 16a-1 of the Securities Exchange Act. Energy Spectrum Securities Corporation is the sole member of Energy Spectrum IV LLC, which is the general partner of Energy Spectrum Capital IV LP, which is the general partner of Energy Spectrum Partners IV LP ("ESP IV"), which directly owns the shares of the Issuer reported herein. As such, each Reporting Person other than ESP IV may be deemed to indirectly beneficially own the shares reported herein.
