- The reason for this amended Form 4, is to clarify that share ownership of 8,906,059 ($0.0086 per share) shares were given to Sunlogics, Inc. and Michael Matvieshen. There was an agreement dated December 7, 2010, that went into default. Agreement attached as exhibit 99-1.
- Spaceglobe Technologies have no beneficial ownership of these 8,906,059 shares.
- Space Globe Technologies Ltd. sent Signature Stock Transfer Inc. proof all the share certificates that Sunlogics, Inc. and Michael Matvieshen had received.
- Harold Schneider came into Vancouver on Nov. 12, 2010 from Kelowna, and picked up the 8,906,059 shares of Space Globe Technologies Ltd. that were sold to Sunlogics, Inc. and Michael Matvieshen.
- Salamon Group Inc. filed a Form 8-K on May 13, 2011, declaring John Salamon as Director of the Company. This information is incorrect because 8,906,059 shares were sold to Sunlogics Inc. and Mike Matievshen.
- My concerns to this matter has been brought to Michael Matvieshen (President), Harold Schneider (Accountant for the Company), Charles Bryant (Director), Sass Peress (Director), and Signature Stock Transfer Inc., and has fallen on deaf ears.
- This amendment is being filed, to correct the price listed, from it's previous mistakenly listed value of $0.086 to $0.0086.
