- As of August 1, 2011, (i) Investor Growth Capital Limited ("Investor Capital"), a Guernsey company, holds 1,932,660 shares of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the "Common Stock"), of Tangoe, Inc. (the "Company"), and (ii) Investor Group, L.P. ("Investor Group"), a Guernsey limited partnership, holds 828,283 shares of the Company's Common Stock.
- Investor AB, a publicly held Swedish company (the "Reporting Person"), through one or more entities, (i) wholly owns Investor Capital and (ii) is the ultimate general partner of Investor Group. As a result of the foregoing, Investor AB possesses the sole power to vote and the sole power to direct the disposition of the shares of the Company's Common Stock held by each of Investor Capital and Investor Group.
