These securities are owned directly by Index Ventures III (Jersey), L.P. ("IVIII Jersey"), Index Ventures III (Delaware), L.P. ("IVIII Delaware") and Index Ventures Parallel Entrepreneur Fund (Jersey), L.P. ("IVPEF"), of which Index Venture Associates III Ltd. is the general partner, and by Yucca Partners L.P. (Jersey Branch) as Administrator of the Index Co-Investment Scheme ("Yucca"). The Reporting Person, who is a Director of the Issuer, is a partner of Index Ventures, which is affiliated with the foregoing funds, however the Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of all such shares held by the foregoing funds, except to the extent of her proportionate pecuniary interest therein.
Such shares of Common Stock were sold pursuant to the exercise of an over-allotment option by the underwriters in a registered secondary offering by the Issuer as follows: 13,182 shares by IVIII Jersey; 22,923 shares by IVIII Delaware; 431 shares by IVPEF; and 252 shares by Yucca.
IVIII Jersey is the direct beneficial owner of 556,389 shares of Common Stock; IVIII Delaware is the direct beneficial owner of 1,541,886 shares of Common Stock; IVPEF is the direct beneficial owner of 21,273 shares of Common Stock; and Yucca is the direct beneficial owner of 12,279 shares of Common Stock.
