As previously disclosed in a June 6, 2023 Form 8-K relating to a JSE announcement disclosing transactions in Company shares, which transactions were also reflected in a prior Form 4, wherein shareholders were advised that Charles Tasker's intention is to sell approximately 100 000 ordinary shares issued to him in respect of these retention shares (to cover the immediate tax obligation arising from the settlement of the retention shares). At the conclusion of this process, Charles Tasker expects to have increased his shareholding in MiX Telematics by 100 000 shares bringing his total shareholding (including indirect shareholding) to approximately 330 670 American Depository Shares (equivalent to 8 266 744 ordinary shares). Shareholders are accordingly advised that Charles Tasker has sold 134 shares as detailed in the table above.
