- Mr. Lu was awarded 300,000 shares of restricted common stock on March 31, 2010, which vest over a four-year period. One-fourth of the shares of common stock vested on March 31, 2011 and the shares included in Table I were disposed of in payment of tax payments due from the vesting of such restricted stock. The 35,878 shares were sold through separate trades, with the sale prices ranging from $1.53 to $1.54, and at a weighted average sale price of $1.5304303.
