Until March 31, 2022, SB Management Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Reporting Person, was the manager of SB Fund. On March 31, 2022, SB Management Limited ceased to be the manager of SB Fund and management of the SB Fund reverted to SB Northstar GP, a Cayman Islands exempted company ("Fund GP"), the general partner of SB Fund and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Reporting Person.
