This statement is being filed by the following Reporting Persons: Saudi National Bank ("SNB"), the parent entity of SNB Capital Company (f/k/a NCB Capital Company) ("SNBCC"), which in turn is the sole shareholder of NCB Capital Credit Fund I GP Co. ("Credit Fund GP"), the general partner of the NCB Capital Credit Fund I L.P ("Credit Fund").
Represents shares of common stock of the Issuer directly held and transferred (the "Transfer") by SNB, for an aggregate purchase price of $52,671,975 to the Credit Fund on December 20, 2021, pursuant to a Share Option Agreement, dated October 8, 2018.
Represents shares of common stock of the Issuer directly held by SNB following the Transfer.
