In connection with a 1-for-20 reverse stock split of Forum Energy Technologies, Inc.'s (the "Company") issued and outstanding shares of common stock, par value $0.01 per share, and corresponding decrease in the Company's authorized shares of common stock (the "Reverse Stock Split"), the Company filed an amendment to its Third Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware (the "Amendment"). The Amendment, effective after market close on November 9, 2020, converted each 20 issued and outstanding shares of common stock into one new share of common stock.
The price reported is a weighted average price. These shares were purchased in three transactions at prices ranging between $8.62 and $8.69.
