These shares are are held directly by the Reporting Person. Longitude Capital Partners IV, LLC ("LCP4") is the general partner of the Reporting Person and may be deemed to have voting, investment and dispositive power over the shares held by the Reporting Person. Juliet Tammenoms Bakker, a member of the Issuer's board of directors, and Patrick G. Enright are managing members of LCP4 (each a "Manager" and collectively, the "Managers") and may each be deemed to share voting, investment and dispositive power with respect to the shares held by the Reporting Person.
