("BROG"), which the Reporting Person serves as a director, pursuant to BROG's 2018 Stock Management Incentive Plan dated March 6, 2018; at a price of $2.0191 per share. The reporting person has agreed to pay to AESE, upon settlement of the sale, $21,875.01, representing the full amount of the profit realized in connection with the short-swing transaction, less transaction costs.
