- Pursuant to the Issuer's Extension Amendment and the Trust Amendment proposals set forth in the Issuer's Proxy Statement filed with the Commission on June 2, 2020, the Issuer's public stockholders were offered the opportunity to redeem their shares in exchange for their pro rata portion of the funds available in the trust account at the time of the Special Meeting on June 23, 2020, which elections became irrevocable on June 19, 2020.
