These shares are underlying units (each unit consisting of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one warrant, each whole warrant exercisable to purchase one Class A ordinary share and one right to receive one-tenth of one Class A ordinary share upon closing of the issuer's initial business combination) held by LF International Pte. Ltd. (the "Sponsor"), acquired pursuant to a unit subscription agreement by and between the Sponsor and the issuer. Does not include 1,725,000 Class B ordinary shares (up to 225,000 shares of which are subject to forfeiture to the extent the over-allotment option is not exercised in full), which shares will automatically convert into Class A ordinary shares at the time of the issuer's initial business combination on a one-for-one basis, subject to adjustment for stock splits, stock dividends, reorganizations, recapitalizations and the like, and certain anti-dilution rights.
