The purpose of this amendment is to correct the transaction code for the disposition of 2,325 shares of common stock, which was originally reported using the "F" code instead of the "S" code, and to correct the amount of securities beneficially owned following the transaction, which was originally reported as 14,000 shares instead of 37,475 shares. In addition, the original Form 4 mistakenly reported the acquisition of 7,825 shares of common stock. This transaction, which represented the vesting of 7,825 shares of restricted stock, was not a reportable event. The acquisition of those shares was reflected on a Form 4 previously filed by the reporting person.
