This report amends the report filed on December 27, 2017 solely to correct the number of shares reported as beneficially owned by the reporting person. The report filed by the reporting person on September 14, 2017 indicated that the number of shares reported as beneficially owned had been increased by 6,250 shares in order to correct an error in the issuer's records. Due to administrative error, that revision should not have been made and the reporting person's beneficial ownership on that date was actually 40,510 shares. Accordingly, this report reflects a reduction in the number of shares reported as beneficially owned by the reporting person by 6,250 shares. Such reduction also applies to the number of shares reported as beneficially owned by the reporting person in the reports previously filed on September 14, 2017 and September 26, 2017.
