This transaction is being reported to facilitate the amendment of the Form 4 filed on April 3, 2017 (the "Original Form 4") to remove the line reporting the sales of 5,000 shares of common stock of ORBCOMM, Inc. (the "Company") on April 3, 2017 that were previously reported in Table I of the Original Form 4 because it incorrectly reported the sales made by Jerome Eisenberg as the reporting person's sales. Due to this reporting error, the reporting person's Form 4 subsequently filed on April 27, 2017 to report sales of shares of common stock of the Company on April 25, 2017 understated the amount of securities beneficially owned in Column 5 by 5,000 shares. The correct amount of securities beneficially owned by the reporting person following the April 25, 2017 transaction was 267,324 shares.
