Effective October 30, 2016 Mr. Berman exchanged 10.0460 shares of Series B Preferred Stock plus accrued and unpaid dividends of 1,480.78 and 4,546 common stock purchase warrants with an exercise price of $10.50 per share into 28,367 shares of common stock and 14,184 common stock purchase warrants with an exercise price of $3.00 per share.
The Series B Preferred Stock does not expire.
Effective November 30, 2016, Mr. Berman and the Issuer cancelled 100,000 stock options with a strike price of $2.00 per share that were originally granted on July 7, 2016. 33,334 of these options had vested and 66,666 were unvested.
