Roark Capital Partners II, LP is controlled by its general partner, Roark Capital GenPar II, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, which is in turn controlled by its managing member, Neal K. Aronson, who has served as chairman of Wingstop's board of directors since February 2015 and served as a member of Wingstop's compensation committee through May 18, 2016.
